A woman, heavily tattooed across her body and known for preserving her nose in a jar, has revealed stunning before-and-after transformation photos.
Toxii, now fully adorned in tattoos from head to foot, has embraced major body transformations—featuring jet-black ink across much of her torso, multiple piercings, and restructured facial features.
Her extreme look also involves the removal of her nose, inked eyeballs, horn-like bumps implanted in her forehead, and a tongue that’s been surgically split.

In an Instagram upload, street artist Devon Rodriguez sat down with her to discuss the pain behind her extreme body alterations.
“What made you decide to get these modifications?” Rodriguez inquired.
Toxii answered: “I enjoy being different—flaws, to me, are what create individuality.”
When he brought up the pain of her forehead implants, she said: “Not really, no. Honestly, taking off my nose hurt a lot more.”

She also mentioned that recovering from her nose removal took around “eight weeks” in total.
Rodriguez followed up by asking: “Did you hang onto the nose?”
Toxii responded: “I’ve saved all my parts—each one stored in little jars, yeah.”

The upload reveals a striking difference from her current appearance. In the older photo, she had long blonde hair, subtle makeup, and no tattoos or body mods in sight.
