The TV show Little Big Shots is definitely one of my favorites. It gives us the chance to see some incredibly talented kids from across the globe.
Take Mia Negovetić from Croatia, for example. At just 13 years old, her voice is absolutely unbelievable! I got chills all over while listening to this phenomenal young star. Mia traveled all the way from Croatia to deliver a stunning performance of Beyoncé’s “Listen” on the show.
Mia left everyone in awe with her version of the powerful ballad from the 2006 film Dreamgirls. Written and composed by Henry Krieger and Tom Eyen, the song is sung by Deena Jones, a character determined to chase success with her talent.
The lyrics of Listen convey a deep sense of determination, as Deena fights to be heard and make her voice matter. The song’s uplifting and powerful melody is packed with emotion, perfectly complementing its inspiring message.
