Sometimes, aiming to be the best in a smaller circle makes more sense, especially when reaching the top globally isn’t realistic. That’s exactly what a woman from Bulgaria has done—and the outcome of her efforts has definitely turned some heads.
Most of us probably know someone who’s had some kind of cosmetic procedure—maybe a little belly sculpting or a boost to their curves.
But for Andrea Ivanov, reaching “the biggest” meant going the cosmetic route too—though she zeroed in on one specific feature. At just 25, Andrea has made it her mission to have the world’s largest lips.
One look at Andrea’s photos, and it’s impossible not to notice—her lips are dramatically enlarged. This isn’t the result of an accident—she’s had numerous hyaluronic acid injections to get that look. Her goal? To officially have the biggest lips on the planet—and she’s nearly there.
After undergoing 27 procedures, her lips are now four times the size of an average pair. She shared, “I love how my lips look now—they’re a huge improvement from before.” To date, she’s spent over $5,000 chasing her ideal pout.
Despite pushing the limits, she’s still not fully satisfied with her appearance. Though doctors have urged her to stop, she’s determined to continue. Her goal? Earning a spot in the record books.
Andrea says plenty of men on her social media send her all kinds of proposals. She feels confident in her appearance—it’s the look she’s always dreamed of.
She’s also set her sights on having the world’s biggest cheekbones and has already received four hyaluronic acid injections toward that goal. After each treatment, she has to avoid pressure on her face to help the area heal properly—plus, it helps enhance the size of her lips too.
With 34 separate injections behind her, Andrea has crafted the look she has today. She believes her lips are beautiful—but she’s still not done. She admits that eating can be a challenge after each procedure.
Some doctors believe she’s already pushed the limit, while others say if she gives it a few months, she can safely continue. Andrea understands the risks of chasing a world record like this—but she says she truly loves the journey.
In her eyes, people should feel free to look however they want. And even though she gets plenty of attention—both positive and critical—on social media, she believes she’s moving in the right direction.
