Annie Charlotte, a 25-year-old woman from Surrey, has opened up about her rare and fascinating condition — she was born with two uteruses and two cervixes.
Now in a relationship with two men, Annie says she doesn’t see it as cheating because, as she puts it, each man “has his own vagina.”
Annie first gained public attention after revealing that she was diagnosed with uterus didelphys — a rare congenital condition — at age 16 during a routine appointment to have a contraceptive coil fitted.

This rare medical condition implies that, in theory, she could become pregnant with two babies from two separate men at the same time.
In addition, she experiences dual menstrual cycles, which she controls using birth control, and confirms that both reproductive tracts are “fully operational.”
After ending a long-term partnership last year, Annie began seeing two different men.
She maintains that there’s no infidelity involved, explaining in an interview with What’sTheJam that each boyfriend is assigned one vagina exclusively.
“They’re not really aware of each other. I never mentioned the other one – I didn’t think it was necessary.”
“Each of them uses their own vagina, so intimacy only happens with that specific one.”
Annie’s romantic arrangements are fairly new. One relationship has lasted four months, the other just two.
She said: “I only got into dating recently. My first real boyfriend came along last year, and after that ended, I eventually started seeing two guys.”
“What began as something casual grew into spending more and more time together.”

“It’s actually kind of nice,” Annie shared, “because they’re both completely comfortable creating OnlyFans content with me—and with my anatomy.”
Juggling time between the two men can be tricky. Annie sees each of them once a week and rotates weekends.
“I wouldn’t say we follow a strict sex schedule,” she explained, “but I make sure not to sleep with both of them on the same day—I think that’s fair to them.”
“Even though they’re separate partners, there’s always the chance of fluids being exchanged, and I just feel like they’d be bothered if they knew.”
“Guys tend to get uncomfortable when a woman is with two men within a 24-hour span, so I figured it was best to keep a respectful gap.”
“There’s a kind of schedule when it comes to making OnlyFans content, compared to when we have fun sex — though it’s not very strict, I can still enjoy time with both my boyfriends, on and off camera, at different times,” Annie explained.
“I still don’t consider it cheating because I let each of my boyfriends use one vagina, and while I could probably be with them closer together, I just don’t feel the need to.”
Annie, who has 34,000 followers on Instagram (@twopssyprincess), recalls being diagnosed with uterus didelphys after visiting a doctor to have a contraceptive coil fitted when she was a teenager.
She shared, “I was a young woman, just beginning to explore dating and discovering different parts of my body, when I was suddenly told that mine was different from everyone else’s.”

“As a teenager, you just want to fit in, and being told you were different was honestly pretty terrifying.”
By the time she started her university studies in philosophy and religion, she had fully accepted her condition – even joking about it with the line, “I have two vaginas,” to break the ice.
She shared: “That’s when I really began to embrace it.”
“I stopped seeing it as a health concern or worrying about potential complications with having kids, and instead saw it as a unique and cool part of who I am. People’s reactions were always a mix of shock and curiosity.”
“Now, I’ve totally accepted it and made it a part of who I am, and I’ve never felt more confident.”
