A woman with a rare condition that causes her to have two vaginas recently answered several questions from curious individuals wanting to understand how it works.
In an anonymous post on the ‘Ask Me Anything’ Reddit board, the 19-year-old shared insights about her condition and how she navigates intimacy with partners.
Though the condition is rare, she’s not the only one with this experience, as another woman had previously opened up about how having two vaginas has impacted her dating life.

The Redditor initially shared details about her condition, writing: “I’m a 19-year-old woman, and I have a condition called uterus didelphys, or a double uterus. Essentially, the uterus forms from two separate ducts that usually fuse together, but in some rare cases, they don’t, resulting in two distinct uteruses and vaginas.”
“And that’s what happened to me. Everything appears pretty normal on the outside; I only have one labia, one clitoris, and one urethra. However, my actual vaginal canal is split into two. I’m not comfortable sharing pictures, but if you’re really curious about what this looks like, you can look it up. But feel free to ask any questions, no matter how personal!”
As expected, a flood of questions followed, and the woman did her best to answer as many as she could.
One user asked whether she would explain the condition to her previous partners before engaging in sex and whether it ever caused awkward moments.

The woman responded, “Yeah, it’s something I always mention before having sex.
“It doesn’t usually ruin the moment, but it can be a bit frustrating having to explain it to someone when I’m just looking for a casual hookup. Guys often get really nervous when I say, ‘I have to tell you something’ before they undress me, lol.
“I’ve never felt embarrassed about it—I actually think it’s pretty cool.”
Someone else asked about the feedback from past partners and whether they mentioned feeling ‘different’ compared to being with women who don’t have the condition.
It’s definitely personal, but the woman gave a direct response, explaining: “They say it’s tighter, which makes sense since each of my vaginas is basically half the size of a regular one.”
Someone else asked: “Does each vagina have a G-spot? Would you say your orgasms are normal or enhanced?”
She replied: “Yes, my G-spot is split between both vaginas. I’m not sure if my orgasms are enhanced, but either way, they’re pretty damn great.”
Additionally, she mentioned that in the past, her partners have occasionally switched between one vagina and the other, sometimes intentionally, sometimes by accident, but she can feel the difference.
Well, there you go!
