Urologist Shares a Scientifically Proven Secret to Instantly Boost Your Bedroom Performance

A urologist has uncovered a scientifically backed method to boost your intimate experiences—and it’s surprisingly straightforward.

Dr. Rena Malik, a urologist and pelvic surgeon, frequently educates the public on urologic and sexual wellness through her informative videos.

On her YouTube channel, Dr. Malik discussed a technique that leverages both you and your partner’s erogenous zones to heighten pleasure in the bedroom—an approach that research supports.

Referencing a 2018 study, Dr. Malik noted that researchers instructed couples to explore different body areas with varying touch speeds, yielding insightful findings on enhancing satisfaction.

“One took on the role of the ‘giver,’ while the other was designated as the ‘receiver.'”

“They enlisted 19 romantic couples, assigning one partner as the giver and the other as the receiver,” Dr. Malik stated.

“Givers were directed to provide two types of touch: either slow stroking at approximately 3cm per second or fast stroking at around 18cm per second. This was applied to the neck, an erogenous area, and the forehead, a non-erogenous zone.”

Dr. Malik noted that the study’s findings were quite evident—stroking the erogenous zone at a particular speed enhanced pleasure in intimate settings.

“They discovered that slow, deliberate stroking on the erogenous zone was notably more pleasurable compared to faster touch or contact with the non-erogenous area,” she elaborated.

Dr. Malik highlighted the significance of these findings for enhancing sexual pleasure, explaining, “The human body contains specialized nerve fibers known as C-tactile afferents. These fibers enable the brain to distinguish between different types of touch, particularly responding most effectively to a gentle, dynamic stroking motion applied at a speed of 1-10 cm per second.

“This speed closely mirrors the natural pace people use when caressing or affectionately touching someone they’re romantically connected with.

“Most importantly, this optimal CT touch stimulates brain regions responsible for processing emotions and sensations, deepening intimacy and connection.”

“This process forms a neural pathway that interprets specific types of touch as enjoyable or even sensual, potentially serving as a key mechanism that helps humans distinguish between emotional and erotic touch.”

Dr. Malik emphasized that dedicating time to discover both your own and your partner’s erogenous zones can significantly improve your intimate experiences.

“Make the effort to identify your and your partner’s sensitive areas and incorporate them to elevate your sexual connection,” she suggested.
