In a bold attempt to transform into a “black alien,” a man recognized as the planet’s “most altered human” has made the drastic choice to amputate two fingers, shaping his hand into a claw-like appearance.
Anthony Loffredo, a 33-year-old from France, remains unwavering in his goal to reinvent his looks, having already split his tongue, removed his nose, and decorated his body extensively with ink and piercings.

Even after an incredible series of extreme body modifications — including the removal of his upper lip earlier this year — Anthony claims he’s only achieved 34 percent of his ultimate vision.
For more than ten years, Anthony has pushed the limits of body transformation, often putting himself at serious risk, undergoing procedures like eyeball tattooing that once endangered his sight.
His drive to break barriers saw him surgically remove both ears in his quest for an alien-like appearance, along with other drastic changes like splitting his tongue.

Anthony has journeyed across the world for his many body modifications, seeking operations overseas since such procedures are outlawed in his home country, France. Last year, he visited Spain to have his nose surgically removed.
His face is further accentuated with dermal implants, giving his skin a textured effect, and sharp contours etched along his cheekbones.
On Instagram, through his page Black Alien Project — with a fanbase of 718,000 — Anthony documents his extraordinary transformation, constantly amazing followers with his steadfast devotion to reshaping his appearance.
In a post-surgery photo, Anthony unveiled his newest achievement, the crafting of an “alien claw,” revealing a stitched, blood-streaked scar on his hand with the caption, “I develop my inner peace.”

Although his daring body alterations often spark polarized reactions, Anthony’s fearlessness wins him both admiration and criticism from his audience.
One follower remarked, “This is both disturbing and fascinating. I couldn’t imagine following such a journey myself, but I respect you for chasing your dreams.”
Another supporter applauded Anthony, commenting, “Kudos on making progress with your transformation. It’s absolutely incredible.”
Still, critics voiced their disapproval, with one arguing, “This is a slap in the face to those who have tragically lost limbs and strive to regain normal function.”

Despite mixed reactions, Anthony remains unwavering in his path of transformation, a passion he’s nurtured since his youth.
“I had a defining moment while working as a security guard,” he told French newspaper Midi Libre in a 2017 interview. “I realized I wasn’t living the life I truly wanted. At 24, I made the drastic choice to leave everything behind and set off for Australia. Over the years, it’s become almost instinctive for me to keep visualizing and plotting my next moves for the future.”
