A Nashville police officer has been terminated following the circulation of a video on social media, showing him inappropriately touching an OnlyFans creator.

The explicit footage, titled “Can’t Believe He Didn’t Arrest Me,” quickly went viral.

According to local news outlet News Channel 5, the officer involved was identified as Sean Herman, who has since been fired from his position.

In the video, Sean Herman was seen making inappropriate physical contact with the content creator’s chest.

The Metro Nashville Police Department confirmed that they terminated his employment on Wednesday.

He was identified as the officer in a staged traffic stop video, created by an OnlyFans content creator named Jordin.

The news report described the video’s opening, where a man sitting in the passenger seat warns Jordin that she would likely be pulled over for speeding.

The camera then shifted to capture the back window of the car, where the officer was seen stepping out of his vehicle.

In the video, Jordin made a daring statement, saying, “I’m not going to get a ticket… I’m going to show him my t***.”

As the officer approached the vehicle, he introduced himself as “Officer Johnson of PD” and informed the driver that she was going “65 in a 45” zone.

During the interaction, the officer kept his face hidden.

The officer then asked Jordin for her license and registration. When she could not provide them, she went up to show her breasts instead.

The officer, still hiding his face, replied, “Ma’am, it’s 2024. I can see t*** online anytime.”

Jordin then pushed the situation further, asking, “Well, what if you touched them?”

The officer consented and touched her breasts while she reached toward his groin.

The encounter ended with the officer choosing to let her off with a warning, leaving the passenger beside Jordin shocked.

While they attempted to conceal the officer’s identity, a brief shot revealed part of his badge at the bottom.

The badge appeared to belong to the Metro Nashville Police Department, sparking a detailed investigation into the officer’s identity.

The inquiry confirmed that the person in the video was Sean Herman.

It was found that the video was filmed in late April and uploaded online afterward, featuring two other content creators.

He was terminated from his role immediately after the findings.

The Metro Nashville Police Department stated it was uncertain if Herman was on duty when the video was filmed, but they condemned the behavior as extremely disrespectful.

Police spokesperson Don Aaron remarked, “That was one of the most outrageous, disrespectful actions a person could take, and by disrespectful, I mean to all MNPD employees and this agency.”

According to the New York Post, after the incident gained attention on Reddit, a user who identified as Jordin stated that the video “was a stunt and completely consensual on private property.”

She criticized the decision to terminate Herman, saying, “The fact they fired him is stupid,” and confirmed that Herman was supposedly off-duty when the video was recorded.
