Richard Huff, who proudly identifies as a tattoo enthusiast, is a devoted family man, living with his wife and their five children.
His wife often shares photos and videos of their daily life, though not all reactions are positive.
Despite online negativity, Richard firmly believes their family is “just like any other.”
He has endured mockery from people who judge his heavily tattooed appearance on social media.
Richard revealed that his love for tattoos began as a personal passion at 17 and eventually turned into an obsession.
He started by tattooing his legs and gradually worked his way up his body. Now, he estimates that about 85% of his skin is covered in ink.
Among his many tattoos are deeply personal ones, including his children’s names and even a print of his daughter’s lips.

“It turned into an addiction—I started with my legs and gradually moved upward,” Richard admitted.
“I aim to be completely covered in tattoos within the next four years. I’m not sure if it’s the pain or the artwork itself, but there’s something captivating about being able to transform your body this way.”
He also recognized that having such extensive tattoo coverage brings its own challenges.
He mentioned that some children at his kids’ school find his appearance intimidating.

His daughter shared, “People say, ‘Oh, he looks scary,’ but I tell them, ‘No, my dad isn’t scary—he’s just covered in tattoos.’”
Despite the misconceptions, Richard remains committed to reshaping how society perceives heavily tattooed individuals.
Richard’s wife, Marita, admitted she initially had doubts about him because of his appearance.
She revealed, “At first, I judged Richard based on how he looked, but once I got to know him, I realized he has a really big heart.”

Marita frequently shares heartfelt posts on social media about her husband, emphasizing how he treats her in a way no one else ever has.
She highlights his admirable traits, portraying him as both a loving husband and a devoted father.
As a mother of three from previous relationships, Marita has expressed that Richard has exceeded all expectations in his role as a stepfather.
Richard himself shared, “I’m part of the PTA, I attend all my kids’ events,” underscoring his active involvement in their lives and daily routines.
Despite his unwavering dedication as a father and partner, Richard continues to face judgment.
One critic questioned his facial tattoos, commenting, “I have nothing against tattoos, but honestly, does he really need to cover his face like that?”
However, many also defend Richard.
A supporter responded, “People won’t stop talking about his face tattoos. He likes them. He got them. He’s a great dad—just let him live his life.”
Addressing the criticism he faces, Richard remarked, “If someone feels the need to make negative comments like that, it says more about them than it does about me.”
He stressed that, regardless of outside opinions, he and his family are truly content with their life choices. “This is what we chose, and we’re happy. We’ve been together for six years, our kids are happy, and to us, that’s all that really matters,” he affirmed.
