Welcoming Caden — just six months old and facing significant health challenges — had a profound impact on their lives. Moved by the experience, the Neals later returned to Ethiopia to adopt their youngest son, Cruz.

Julie’s bond with Ethiopia grew stronger as she saw the hardships many families endured, especially when it came to accessing clean water.
