A woman who claims to have reached millionaire status through her career in the adult industry said her job also “destroyed” her dating life.
Maddi Miller may have the luxury cars and a lavish home, but she lost her partner after signing up for an X-rated site.
The Australian, who has 25,000 Instagram followers, shared that she entered the industry at 18 while in a relationship. She explained that she joined to “secure her future,” but her boyfriend soon became unhappy as she took on the role of the primary breadwinner.
Miller said that in the early stages of their relationship, her partner was the one earning the most, regularly treating her to romantic date nights.
However, when the situation flipped and Miller began earning up to $70,000 (£111,568) per month, she says her partner started to see her as a “competitor.”

It wasn’t just this one individual, either—the adult content creator revealed she’s had difficulty finding a man who can handle her earning more than him.
She shared with news.com.au last year: “I feel like it bruises their egos. They still cling to this idea that, as the man, they should be the ones holding financial control in a relationship. I think I challenge their sense of masculinity in that way.”
Adding to the challenge is the fact that she resides in a small Western Australian town with a limited dating scene.
“It’s always struck me as ironic that I’ve never had more men obsessing over me online than I do now, yet in real life, my romantic life is quieter than ever,” Miller said.
At the time, she mentioned she had been single for roughly a year.

“But I’d rather be celibate than with a man who doesn’t support my career,” Miller added.
She explained that she’s now focused on meeting someone who is “also successful in his career and someone I can build an empire with.”
Miller went on: “People often judge me based on my appearance, my tattoos, and my job, making assumptions about my values. They’re almost always wrong—I’m actually a total romantic.”
The adult star revealed that she has been driven to make money since the age of 14 when she got her first job.
Having “worked hard from the moment she could,” Miller shared how she has held various roles over the years, including being a tattooist and an administrator at a golf club.
Reflecting on her move into the adult industry, she said: “This career allowed me to take my finances to the next level and secure my future.”
